– Take ownership and accountability of every single aspect of your life. Making excuses is the worst thing you can ever do, Take it on the chin and find a way to fix it and move forward.
– Throw yourself into as many uncomfortable situations as you can, This is the fastest way to grow.

Always wanted to build a business.
Calvin:
I wanted to find a business that I could get into and be a part of driving it forward and contributing to its growth. I have always been a very relationship orientated person and to be part of a business build around that was hugely attractive.
