GREATEST LESSON(S) IN BUSINESS:
Playing the long game really works. We start small on every campaign, to reduce risk and reject campaigns we don’t believe will work. Campaigns that work grow organically and create brand ambassadors for us. We don’t really need to market ourselves as a result, as campaigns keep growing and referrals keep coming in. We’ve seen a number of companies fail quickly, where they focussed on the hard-sell and marketing “sizzle.”
