Daniel catches up with Gael Donnay, Managing Director of Stepinsight. Feeling inspired by Australia’s entrepreneurial culture after immigrating from Belgium, Gael left the corporate world to start software development company Stepinsight. GREATEST LESSON(S) IN BUSINESS:
I’ve come to learn that starting/doing is the key. You don’t have to wait to be ready enough, you don’t need to wait to be an expert and you don’t have to make it perfect the first time. But if you just start, start doing what needs to be done then all the pieces of the puzzle will start to make sense and you will already be half way further than everybody else.
WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT CUB:
The People!
The team at CUB first because without them none of this will be possible, they always make you feel at home, make you feel like part of a big family. They are always super cheerful and professional. And then all the members of CUB, because everyone is always here to help in the nicest fashion. Members are there for each other, to support each other, gives advice and grow all together. You can tell people are here because they are and want to be part of the CUB community. Members are true pillars of the community.
