FAVOURITE QUOTE:
“You never loose, you either win or you learn.”, Nelson Mandela
As someone who is committed to personal development I also love the quote “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”
GREATEST LESSON(S) IN BUSINESS:
A key lesson I’ve learnt in business is the importance of building a great team you can trust, and the importance of treating them well so they stick around. At Safetyline we treat our staff like family and some of them have been with us for over 10 years, which is a great testament to the culture we’ve developed.
Your Company doesn’t love you back – Your Wife and Children do.
WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT CUB:
The events and networking opportunities.
Through CUB I’ve made some great connections with others in my field. I recently met another director of a manufacturing company, with whom I now have involved as a founding member in a sustainability movement I’m establishing – Suppliers Declare.
