Focus on your process and the outcome will take care of itself
Something that I and everyone in sport uses to not let the pressure or a big occasion get the better of you. If your process Is air tight and you’re willing to adapt then the outcome should be the enjoyable part.

Working hard is not hard. You can look around everywhere at everyone and 90% of people are working there asses off. At work or life generally. What is hard, is the monotony of turning up day after day, week after week, month after month etc. That consistency is something that is so important in any high performing environment.
