Shortly after founding Talent Agency ‘Ignite Elite Artists’ 10 years ago, Michelle decided to make the business a family affair, with daughter Yasmin heading the sub-division ‘Storm Actors’ and both her other children leading parts of the international business as well.

Daniel, Michelle & Yasmin speak about running & building a family business, the hardship the film industry faced during COVID and how you sometimes have to ‘just give it a GO’.

Give back when you can with philanthropic opportunities, as most well respected companies think community as well as business.
Remember the big picture and generate ideas to create new business opportunities.
