Entering the family business in 2006, Stephen has since been growing the company with his two younger brothers, building up a Billion Dollar pipeline, whilst running all components of the successful Development business in-house.

Work your F@##$ing butt off (smartly) – ‘hours’ don’t mean anything.
Play the long game.
Be tenacious/never give up.
